1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PSCG Network ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at primesource.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

PSCG Network is a parts acquisition marketplace and operator coordination platform serving professionals in the automotive parts reclamation industry. The Platform connects independent field operators with verified buyers through the DEX supply network, and provides access to operational systems, demand intelligence, and training resources. Access levels and capabilities are determined at the time of enrollment. Current pricing and plan details are presented during the signup flow at primesource.app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Where applicable, Platform access is billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. PSCG Network does not store your full payment card information. Current pricing for all access tiers is displayed during enrollment at primesource.app.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, frameworks, terminology, methodologies, and proprietary systems published on the Platform — including but not limited to the Prime Time load system, Drop Report framework, Harvest Cycle methodology, and DEX Network concept — are the exclusive intellectual property of PSCG Network. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or derivative use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell access to Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download Platform materials
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications during the qualification process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to L3 content or administrative systems

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PSCG Network provides educational content based on operational experience. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, local regulations, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this Platform constitutes a guarantee of income or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSCG Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the Platform or its members. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

13. DEX Network and Operator Participation

The PSCG DEX Network ("DEX") is a controlled supply acquisition system operated by PSCG Network. Participation in DEX as an operator is optional and subject to the following terms.

13.1 Operator Role. Operators act as independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or partners of PSCG Network.

13.2 Submission and Acceptance. All submissions are subject to review and approval. Submission does not guarantee purchase or payment. PSCG retains full discretion over whether to approve, match, or purchase any submitted item.

13.3 Purchase and Payout. Payment is issued only after the part is received and verified. Incorrect, damaged, or mismatched items may be rejected with no payment issued.

13.4 Pricing Control. All pricing and offers are controlled solely by PSCG Network. Operators do not set or negotiate prices.

13.5 Data Ownership. All data submitted or generated through the Platform is the exclusive property of PSCG Network, including images, pricing, metadata, location data, and analytics. By submitting data, operators grant PSCG Network a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and commercially exploit such data in any form.

13.6 Platform Integrity. Fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of any kind results in immediate removal from the Platform and forfeiture of all pending payouts.

13.7 Liability. PSCG Network is not responsible for operator sourcing costs, transportation costs, failed submissions, rejected items, or changes in market conditions.

13.8 Modifications. PSCG Network may modify DEX rules, pricing structures, payout formulas, and participation requirements at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the DEX, you acknowledge and agree to the Operator Agreement.
