1. Overview

PSCG Network ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information when you use our Platform at primesource.app.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address (at signup and qualification)
• Password (stored encrypted via Supabase Auth — we never see plaintext passwords)
• Qualification form response ("What do you currently do to make money from vehicles or parts?")
• Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

• Course progress and module completion data
• Login timestamps and session activity
• Referral source (if you arrived via an affiliate link)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To deliver course content appropriate to your access tier
• To send transactional emails (account creation, trial conversion notices, billing updates)
• To enforce platform access rules and seat cap limits
• To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase — Database and authentication hosting. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Vercel — Platform hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account record is retained for 90 days before being eligible for deletion. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@pscg-network.com.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), server-side-only API key storage, row-level security on our database, and authenticated-only access to course content. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

PSCG Network is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

9. SMS and Text Message Communications

PSCG Network may send text messages (SMS) to phone numbers you provide. This section states the terms that govern those messages.

• We do not share your mobile number. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, and all consent to receive text messages, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are disclosed only to the messaging carrier and to our SMS delivery provider strictly for the purpose of transmitting the messages you have asked to receive.
• Consent is opt-in and is never a condition of anything. You will only receive text messages from PSCG Network if you affirmatively provide your mobile number and agree to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, of operator participation, or of any service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity on the platform. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any message you send or receive.
• How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email us at the address in the Contact section below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The categories of message PSCG Network may send are operational rather than promotional: platform and account alerts, opportunity and bounty notifications, submission and offer status updates, and delivery or payout confirmations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.

11. DEX Network Data

If you participate in the PSCG DEX Network as an operator or buyer, we collect and process additional data including:

• Submission data — part names, descriptions, condition grades, part numbers, and VINs submitted through the DEX intake system.
• Images and metadata — photographs of parts including EXIF data, timestamps, and any embedded location data.
• Location data — yard names, yard locations, city, state, and geographic coordinates associated with part submissions.
• Pricing and transaction data — offer amounts, operator payouts, payout history, and payment references.
• Operator performance data — submission counts, approval rates, offer acceptance rates, fulfillment rates, response times, and composite operator scores.

How we use DEX data:

• To operate, improve, and optimize the DEX supply system.
• To build and maintain pricing models and supply intelligence systems.
• To generate operator scores and supply cluster analytics.
• To match operator supply with verified buyer demand.
• To detect fraud, misrepresentation, and platform abuse.

Commercial use: Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified DEX data — including pricing data, supply patterns, and geographic supply clusters — may be used commercially by PSCG Network in any form, including incorporation into third-party products, data licensing, or analytical services. Individual operator identity is not sold to third parties.

By participating in the DEX, you grant PSCG Network the rights described in the Operator Agreement and consent to the data practices described in this section.
