BUYER TERMS
These Buyer Terms apply to all verified buyers participating in the PSCG DEX Network. By placing orders through the DEX, you agree to these terms. These terms are incorporated by reference into the PSCG Network Terms of Service.
1. PSCG as Supplier and Intermediary
PSCG Network acts as the controlling supplier and intermediary for all parts transacted through the DEX Network. PSCG is not a marketplace — all listings originate from PSCG-approved supply and all transactions are facilitated and controlled by PSCG Network.
Parts are sourced from independent operators operating under the PSCG supply protocol. PSCG normalizes, verifies, and approves all inventory before it is made available for purchase.
2. Part Condition
All parts available through the DEX are sourced from automotive salvage environments and may show real-world wear consistent with their condition grade. Condition grades (A+, A, B, C) reflect the state of the part at the time of submission and verification.
- Parts are graded prior to listing but may show minor cosmetic wear not affecting function.
- Grades represent PSCG's assessment at the time of approval — not a warranty of fitness for a specific application.
- Buyers are encouraged to review all available photographs and condition notes before ordering.
3. Listing Accuracy
PSCG Network takes reasonable steps to verify listings, including review of photographs, fitment data, and condition assessments. However, listings are based on operator-submitted data and:
- Fitment information (year, make, model, trim) is provided as guidance and may not cover all applications.
- Part numbers are provided where available but may not be confirmed against all interchange databases.
- Buyers are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation.
4. Returns and Disputes
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at PSCG Network's sole discretion. To initiate a return or dispute, contact support@pscg-network.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns are accepted where a part materially differs from its listed condition grade or description.
- Buyer remorse, incorrect application, or installation damage are not grounds for return.
- PSCG reserves the right to inspect returned parts before issuing any credit or refund.
5. Pricing
All pricing is set and controlled exclusively by PSCG Network. Buyers do not negotiate individual part prices. Volume pricing, net terms, and credit arrangements are available for verified institutional buyers and are established at account setup.
6. Fulfillment
Fulfillment timelines depend on operator availability and logistics. PSCG Network will communicate estimated fulfillment windows at the time of order confirmation. PSCG is not liable for delays caused by operator logistics, carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
PSCG Network is not liable for:
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation or application of purchased parts
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of purchased parts
- Loss of vehicle use, labor costs, or downstream repair costs
- Parts damaged in transit by third-party carriers
PSCG's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the purchase price of the part in question.
8. Verification and Account Standing
Buyer accounts must remain in verified standing. PSCG reserves the right to suspend or terminate buyer access for non-payment, chargebacks, misuse of the platform, or conduct detrimental to the DEX network.
9. Modifications
PSCG Network may modify these Buyer Terms at any time. Continued use of the DEX purchasing system constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
