REFUND POLICY

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Beta Trial ($1 First Month)

The $1 beta trial charge is non-refundable. At the start of your second billing month, your subscription auto-converts to the standard monthly rate for your selected tier. You are shown the auto-convert terms before payment is confirmed. You may cancel before the second billing date to avoid the monthly charge.

Lifetime Access (One-Time Purchase)

Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 2 course modules. After 7 days or after accessing more than 2 modules, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at support@pscg-network.com with your account email and order details. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and may affect your eligibility for future access. We are happy to resolve legitimate billing disputes directly — please reach out before escalating to your card issuer.
